The platform does not guarantee any specific earnings, commissions, rewards, opportunities, or commercial outcomes.

Users may submit content and content URLs through the platform.
By submitting content, users represent and warrant that:
- They own the content or have the necessary rights to use it.
- The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- The content complies with the rules of the relevant social media platform.
The Company may approve, reject, remove, or disable any content at its discretion.
7. Social Media Integrations
Users may voluntarily connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other supported accounts through official authorization (OAuth) processes.
The platform may access performance and account information authorized by the user and permitted by the respective platform.
Users may disconnect their social media accounts at any time.
Availability of social media integrations depends on third-party platforms and may change without notice.
8. Affiliate Tracking and Commission Calculations
The platform may display affiliate-related statistics, commissions, rankings, and performance metrics.
While the Company aims to provide accurate reporting, displayed figures are informational and may be adjusted if errors, delays, refunds, cancellations, fraud, or technical issues are identified.
The Company's internal records shall be considered the final reference for commission calculations and settlements.
9. Leaderboards and Public Rankings
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Usernames
- Social media handles
- Rankings
- View counts
- Performance statistics
- Commission statistics
may be displayed to other registered users through leaderboard and ranking features.
Participation in leaderboard programs constitutes consent to such display.
10. Rewards and Incentives
The Company may offer prizes, rewards, incentives, bonuses, or promotional campaigns.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify reward structures
- Change eligibility criteria
- Cancel promotions
- Withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violations of these Terms

Users must not engage in:

- Automated traffic generation
- Fake engagement
- Fraudulent purchases
- Coupon abuse
- Manipulation of platform statistics
The Company may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend accounts, remove content, withhold commissions, remove leaderboard positions, or terminate participation without prior notice.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform functionality.

All platform software, branding, design elements, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Gabbia Trade Kft. or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at any time if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Required information is inaccurate
- Continued participation is deemed inappropriate

- Delays caused by TikTok, Meta, Shopify, or other third-party services
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of specific outcomes.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Company may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
